With a Master of Christian Ministry and a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling, I’m Osay Eniye, an Identity, Leadership & Economic Mobility Strategist helping women get to the root of what keeps them stuck so they can grow in their God-given identity and move forward with purpose. Root to Fruit Restoration & Advancement brings together Christ-centered pastoral counseling, identity development, and practical strategies for lasting growth. I support women navigating life transitions, limiting beliefs, unhealthy patterns, spiritual discouragement, and uncertainty about their next chapter including women who are accomplished outwardly but feel overwhelmed or unfulfilled within.
Together, we explore the experiences, beliefs, and learned patterns influencing your decisions. Through biblical reflection, compassionate conversation, prayer, and practical action steps, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, renewed confidence, and clearer direction. Restoration focuses on the roots: understanding your story, recognizing patterns, and strengthening your spiritual foundation. Advancement focuses on the fruit: applying what you discover to your relationships, leadership, career decisions, financial habits, and everyday life.
My background includes more than 11 years of mentoring and leadership experience, alongside nonprofit operations and program development. This allows me to connect personal insight with practical next steps and meaningful accountability.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while still searching for peace and fulfillment within. For years, I pursued accomplishments without realizing that what I was searching for was healing. I was carrying unresolved trauma, hiding behind titles, and trying to achieve my way into feeling whole. At 15, I knew I wanted to pursue counseling. But a wealthy family member discouraged me, telling me I would never make enough money. In my family and cultural experience, money, status, and accomplishments often received more attention than fulfillment, happiness, and emotional well-being. I listened and followed a promising path, but the desire to counsel never left.
God kept leading me back to serving, mentoring, supporting marriages, and helping women get beneath the surface of what they were experiencing. Eventually, I had to confront the very question I now help other women navigate: Am I building a life around who God called me to be, or around who I learned I needed to become to be accepted? That is why I pursued pastoral counseling. This work is personal. It is a God-ordained assignment that I spent years trying to outrun.
I serve the woman who is still figuring it out, especially when the doors she expected to open have closed and she is learning to navigate redirection. I also serve the woman who is already accomplished but unfulfilled, who loves God, knows there is more for her in His Kingdom, and needs support understanding what that means for her next chapter.
I have helped more than 100 women deepen their relationship with the Lord, discover their identity, and find greater fulfillment in who they are called to be and what they are called to do. Through Root to Fruit Restoration & Advancement, I help women examine the beliefs, experiences, and patterns shaping their lives, strengthen their identity in Christ, and take practical steps forward. My heart is to see women experience the freedom to live, lead, and build from a place of greater wholeness.
