I have been an ordained minister for 20+ years and have a heart for Christian ministry. I believe that Christians need to be able to go to a Christian therapist who understands and shares the client's faith foundation. Becoming a Professional Christian Therapist, for me, is a way to continue to minister to people in need, in a professional setting.
When it comes to therapy, I’m all about embracing the unique qualities of each person and situation. That’s why I’m an eclectic therapist. I understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and the therapy I offer reflects that belief. Whether it’s using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I’m here to tailor my methods to suit your needs.
In addition to my pastoral experience, I have extensive experience in inpatient hospital settings and working with active duty military and veterans. In each of these settings I’ve seen firsthand the power of support during life’s darkest moments. We all go through times when we feel alone, but remember, life isn’t meant to be a solo journey. Sometimes, we need someone to walk alongside us, providing strength and stability. So, if you find yourself in one of those moments, don’t hesitate to reach out.
