I provide telehealth counseling, and I am here to help you pick up the broken pieces of your life, deal with your difficult life situation, and to listen. Your story matters, and your pain is valid, and your healing is the only goal. I integrate faith and proven therapeutic care so you can navigate through anxiety, grief and pain through the lens of your Christian faith.
Trauma, broken relationships, life changes, anxiety, depression, grief and loss are just a few of the things that can bring us to the point of losing hope. Walking through a difficult season of life may feel overwhelming and I am here to help you take that first step in healing your brokenness, unpack the pain, untangle the confusion and find healing so you can embrace life with authentic confidence.
If you have never been to telehealth counseling let me help you understand. Telehealth therapy is sitting across from someone who truly sees you and cares about your story, only it is in the comfort of your own environment. We’ll work together to understand your challenges and create a path toward peace and clarity. You will be heard, supported, equipped and never judged or rushed. Therapy is a safe, grace-filled space where you can bring your whole self, including your faith and your doubts and move forward in freedom and peace.
As a Ph.D. Counseling Specialist with licenses in Michigan and Florida, as well as a license with the Federal Association of Christian Counselors and Therapists, I am here to help you take that first step on your unique journey toward healing.
