About
I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and psychotherapist supporting adults and couples who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and seasons of emotional distress. I provide in-person therapy in Georgetown, Ontario, as well as virtual therapy for clients across Ontario.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next, therapy can offer a place to slow down and feel understood. Our work together is a space where you can feel safe to be honest about your experiences. I want you to feel genuinely heard and supported.
Much of my work is relationship-focused. I help individuals and couples better understand themselves and move toward healthier relationships. I am trained in evidence-based therapies including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use these approaches to support your unique goals and needs.
My hope is to provide a compassionate space where you experience renewed hope and growth.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I work to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where you can be honest about your struggles. I understand that faith can be a source of strength, a place where questions and challenges arise, or simply a reason you are seeking a therapist who understands Christianity.
I want you to feel accepted and supported as we explore your concerns together and work toward meaningful change.
