My name is Rebecca. I am a Pastoral Life Coach. I use a biblical/pastoral approach when working with individuals in all areas of life. I not only focus on mental health, but physical, emotional and spiritual health.
I’m located in Troy, NY but I’m currently working virtual with clients.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I went through my own mental health struggles in my adolescents as a result of a medical crisis. I also had many different counselors and mentors in my life that inspired me to become a counselor.
I love working with children and adolescents but also pastors. I desire to help others accomplish their goals and to achieve healing physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
I use a Biblical and Theophostic approach in counseling, but will also assist in other areas like setting boundaries, helping with career choices, etc.
I currently work with individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and spiritual problems.
