About

My areas of focus are adult women and trauma. Trauma in all it's forms leaves an imprint on us that can affect the way we navigate life, relationships and everyday stress.
My own traumatic journey has been one of brokenness and countless losses. I am a survivor of addiction, divorce, physical and sexual abuse, miscarriage, religious and spiritual abuse and more recently cancer, When I tell you I can identify with what you are going through, it is grounded in my own personal experience. I would be honored to join you in your journey with this encouragement, you are more resilient and more loved than you know.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I worked in full time vocational ministry for 15 years. I found myself in counseling situations that I was not equipped for. When I turned 50 I went back to school to finish my graduate work with the intention of using it at my current job in ministry. God had another path in mind for me such as starting a business with my husband. It's been the hardest and at the same time most rewarding journey of my life and an honor to work with women in trauma and in ministry.
