I’m an enneagram 2, extroverted, empathetic, and direct—I believe in the power of hope and healing. Therapy to me is where art, science, and spirituality meet. There’s an art to building a relationship and walking alongside you through uncertainty. The science comes in through the evidence-based therapies I use, like EMDR and ACT, offering a clear path toward healing. And the spiritual side is found in those moments of raw vulnerability—when real transformation happens.
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are with honesty, compassion, and the tools to help you move forward. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, find clarity, and rediscover themselves.

Hello, I'm Edward! I'm an experienced therapist who is warm, social, compassionate, and spiritual. Passionate about accompanying you through both the challenging and good times of your personal journey. I offer thoughtful support, clarity, and helpful tools to help you navigate, cope, and thrive. I believe that therapy should be a place that respects both mental health and spirituality, and I strive to be a therapist who "gets" what you're going through and helps you feel heard, understood, and supported
I specialize in offering holistic evidence-based mental health counseling, which can be integrated with Christian spirituality for those clients who want a spiritual approach to therapy. My approach to therapy is person-centered, focused on your unique preferences, needs, and goals. Together, I can help you rediscover clarity, strength, and peace in your life.

I’m a therapist who leans into slowing down. I believe healing isn’t something that can be rushed or forced into a formula. It happens best in a space that feels honest, unhurried, and free of judgment. I care deeply about helping clients quiet the outside noise long enough to hear themselves again.
My approach blends IFS, TF-CBT, and feminist theory, though more than any single method, what matters most to me is the relationship itself, and creating room to go deeper than basic coping skills. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without an agenda for who you should become, and pacing everything around the client rather than a fixed program. For clients who want it, I’m also glad to bring a faith based approach into our work together.
