As founder of Shepherd of the Valley Community Resource Center, I've served the people of the Northeastern Ohio area with compassionate, Christ - centered Biblical Counseling for 20 years.

I am credentialed by the IBCPPC and the Ohio State Board of Nursing and hold a PhDc in Biblical Counseling; a MA in Christian Counseling; and a B Min in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary and am an LPN with Pharmacology credentials.

My areas of competence in counseling include Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Marital, Premarital, Parenting, Divorce Recovery, Grief, Chronic Illness, Substance Abuse, Sexual Addiction, Caregivers' Support and more.

With many years of experience working with broken people and supporting their families, I bring a balanced, seasoned, and loving approach to strengthen and redirect souls to restoration and fruitfulness through the Word of God and the power of our risen Savior, Jesus Christ.

Daytime hours only are available at this time. I also use an online service called TheraPlatform to facilitate safety during the pandemic.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

After years of geriatric and community heath nursing, I was moved with compassion for the suffering people whose lives I interacted with in our community. Broken bodies often revealed many broken spirits of folks who were outside the walls of the local church.

My prayers resulted in a career change and educational preparation to be the voice and hands of Jesus reaching out with skill and wisdom, bringing hope and healing to as many as God chose.

Evangelism and discipleship are integral parts of my ministry and practice vision.
