I am often asked if I am a Christian or a therapist. The answer is, I am both. I am a Christian and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida.
Change and adjustments....these are words often heard when looking to a counselor. We live in a fast pact, changing world where we face changes and adjustments that often produce confusion, anxiety, and sadness. These situations create a need to seek assistance in understanding and relief. Whether it is an adjustment to school and career decisions and navigating an education plan, dealing with a loss, establishing a family or stepfamily, or handling a past trauma that is difficult to deal with, the focus is working with you to achieve your goals.
With over 30 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and life changes. We work together for resolution of issues that are making you feel "stuck."
The purpose is to listen to your needs and concerns and help you create a plan to achieve your goals. I am looking forward to working with you and being part of your process.
