Welcome to Sweet Aroma Counseling! We provide individual and family therapy, training workshops, parenting seminars and consulting services.

I'm licensed in Florida and North Carolina with over 18 years experience as a therapist and speaker. I have a MS in Mental Health Counseling from NSU and a BA in psychology from FIU. My areas of specialty are trauma, domestic violence, abuse (emotional psychological, physical, sexual, spiritual), anxiety, depression, foster care, adoption, ministerial burnout, church wounds and life transitions.

I work with teens, young adults, adults, pastors, ministers, behavioral and healthcare professionals, legal professionals. I provide trainings about prevention, trauma, and mental health, and speak at conferences.

Sweet Aroma Counseling is about the fragrance of a healed heart that fills His throne and a renewed mind to walk in His purpose. Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
