Hunter was first interested in pursuing a career in Counseling during COVID-19, himself experiencing personal challenges and seeing how his teammates struggled with their mental health. He played Division I football at Marist College and at the University of New Haven, and he decided to make a difference for athletes with mental and performance struggles both on and off the field. Hunter is now working through TNC to pioneer techniques that integrate neurofeedback and counseling to create performance breakthroughs in athletes.

Vince allows clients to be the “lens” through which he views their lived experience, and believes the therapeutic alliance is built on a foundation of trust and collaboration.

Jeff is the Founder and Executive Director of The Neurovation Center. He has pioneered integrative techniques for assessing and integrating neuroanalysis and neurofeedback into mental healthcare. As an ordained and licensed pastor, Jeff enjoys challenging Christians to grow in their faith by applying biblical principles to everyday relationship dynamics.

Bringing compassion, understanding, and insight, Kimberley supports and guides individuals who struggle with a variety of counseling care concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, legal trouble, truancy, aggression, and family conflict. Kimberley is able to access a wide array of clinical techniques, including extensive experience in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Understanding the challenges that individuals face when dealing with trauma, addiction, and mental health issues, Lauren tailors her approach to each client's unique needs.

With a background in EMDR, Lauren is highly proficient in helping clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. Her extensive training in trauma therapy, combined with her empathetic nature, allows her to guide clients on their journey towards recovery and resilience. Lauren also utilizes evidence-based modalities such as CBT and MI to help clients identify negative thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster motivation for change.
