About
As an Enneagram 9, I feel most alive when creating genuine connections and holding space for others to share their unique stories. I believes each person has the capacity to live as their most authentic self, and I desire to walk alongside clients as they uncover and move through the roadblocks that may get in the way.
Rooted in a deep sense of empathy and belief in people’s potential, I am passionate about helping others recognize and grow their unique strengths. I have a natural ability to see connections, build meaningful relationships, and draw out the best in others creates a safe and supportive environment for healing. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), offering both gentle guidance and practical tools to support growth and lasting change.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Christian counselor because Jesus is my anchor. He is the one who guides me, gives me peace and serves as my source of wisdom. My hope is to reflect some of those same qualities in my work with clients- offering guidance, peace and a steady presence as they navigate their own journeys.
