I help high-functioning Christian women who have spent most of their lives holding everything together—but feel overwhelmed, tired, and disconnected on the inside.
You may be the one everyone depends on. You show up, you push through, you keep going… but underneath that strength, there’s overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and a quiet sense that something isn’t right. That is what it means to be high-functioning!

In our work together, I provide a faith-centered space where you can slow down, be honest about what’s really going on, and begin to process what you’ve been carrying—often for years.
Using prayer, biblical wisdom, and practical guidance, I help you:

- Heal from past wounds and patterns that keep you stuck
- Reconnect with your identity in Christ—not performance
- Strengthen your relationship with God in a real and personal way

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I know what it’s like to look like you have everything together while feeling overwhelmed and unsure on the inside. In my own journey, I found clarity and healing as I grew deeper in my relationship with God, which led me to earn a Master’s in Biblical Counseling from a Christian Seminary.
Today, I help high-functioning Christian women slow down, process what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with God in a real and personal way—so they can stop living from pressure and start living from truth.
