About
I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Professional Clinical Mental Health Counseling and training in trauma, anxiety, attachment and relational patterns, and nervous system regulation. I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout Wisconsin with a particular focus on clients who want their Christian faith and relationship Christ meaningfully integrated into counseling.
I often work with adults who appear capable on the outside while struggling with overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship insecurity, stress, or the effects of past wounds. My approach is practical, compassionate, and clinically grounded, helping clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck and move toward greater peace, confidence, healthier relationships, and security, and emotional security.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Christian therapist because many believers want professional counseling that takes both psychological healing and their faith seriously. I saw a need for therapy that avoids both spiritual bypassing and approaches that can feel disconnected from a Christian worldview. My goal is to provide clinically sound care with Christ as the foundation, so faith is not treated as separate from the healing process.
