Transgenerational Therapy is a therapy practice located in South Florida that is dedicated to helping women heal, rebuild, and create lasting impact in their lives and families. We provide a safe, supportive space where women can pause, reflect, and do the deeper work of uncovering generational patterns, processing unresolved wounds, and reclaiming their identity and purpose.
Through an integrated spirit, soul, and body perspective, our work combines evidence-based therapeutic practices with spiritual insight to support whole-person healing. We guide women in breaking unhealthy cycles, realigning with who they were created to be, and building a legacy of wholeness that reaches far beyond their own lifetime.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep calling to ministry. As I pursued that calling, I realized that ministry was never meant to be confined to the four walls of a church. God began to show me that true ministry also happens in the marketplace in businesses, leadership spaces, and everyday places where people live and work.
Today, as a Christian therapist, I have the privilege of merging faith and professional therapy to support women in every sphere of society. I am especially passionate about walking alongside entrepreneurial and purpose-driven women who feel called to build, lead, and create for the Kingdom of God. My mission is to help women heal deeply, align with their God-given identity, and step boldly into the work they were created to do so the impact of their lives extends far beyond themselves.
