Trinity Wellness of CT helping connect individuals and families throughout Connecticut with counseling and therapy services.
Trinity Wellness of CT provides mental health counseling services for individuals ages 5 through 95. We offer both Christian counseling and traditional counseling, allowing clients to choose the approach that best meets their personal needs and values.
Offering services in person at our Oxford, Connecticut location, as well as through telehealth throughout the State of Connecticut. We currently have not waiting list and it only take 3 minutes to schedule an appointment over the phone.
We also offer Walk and Talk around the Trails of the Quarry Walk. We also strive to make therapy accessible and comfortable by meeting clients in appropriate and safe settings when clinically suitable, including outdoor settings such as parks or during a client's lunch break.
We accept HUSKY Health and many major commercial insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and others.
