I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and authentic space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work together to make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Every person's story is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. I thoughtfully tailor treatment to meet your individual needs by integrating approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we will identify practical tools, build resilience, process difficult experiences, and cultivate what I like to call Unflappable Hope.

Colorado Springs is home to many outstanding clinicians, and it's essential that you find someone with whom you feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely connected. Healing begins in the context of trust, and I consider it a privilege whenever someone entrusts me with their story.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

I am a therapist who is also a woman of faith. My relationship with God shapes who I am and influences the compassion, wisdom, and integrity I strive to bring into every session. At the same time, I do not provide exclusively faith-based counseling, nor do I assume that clients share my beliefs.

My practice is grounded in professional ethics, clinical excellence, and evidence-based treatment. I deeply respect each client's unique values, beliefs, and preferences. When welcomed by the client, I am happy to incorporate prayer, Scripture, or other faith-based resources into the therapeutic process. When those elements are not desired, I provide the same level of compassionate, evidence-based care centered entirely on the client's goals.

I also strive to remain attentive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit in my work while honoring the autonomy and dignity of every person I serve.

I'm an Enneagram 7 who genuinely loves people and believes deeply in their capacity to heal, grow, and flourish.

One of my favorite quotes comes from Maya Angelou:
"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

My hope is that every time you leave a session, you will feel calmer, more grounded, deeply supported, and equipped with renewed perspective, practical tools, and Unflappable Hope for whatever lies ahead.
