I have a passion for counseling and a heart for people struggling through life. My faith in God grounds me and gives me strength, wisdom and confidence to connect with others. Sometimes life hands us curve balls that are challenging to navigate and you need someone to walk with you on that journey. I would be honored and delighted to walk with you.
As a licensed therapist, I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities to diagnose, treat, and educate clients and most importantly to create a safe place for you to navigate your journey authentically. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, grief, marriage conflicts, battling with low self-esteem or just need someone to hold space for you to process life’s issues, my goal is to provide you with compassion, guidance, and Unflappable Hope.

There are many great therapists to choose from in Colorado Springs. It’s important that you feel comfortable and safe with the one you choose to share your story and embark on the path to healing and hope.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

I am a woman of faith. I depend on the prompts of the Holy Spirit in my work and I use Scripture and prayer based upon the comfort and need of the client. I use tools that I've been trained in (i.e. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectal Behavioral Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems)
