Hi! My name is Rachel.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Worthington, Ohio, and I specialize in faith-based counseling, working with adolescent girls, young adults, and women who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relational challenges, and more.
I offer a warm, encouraging space where you can bring your full story, including your Christian faith if you choose. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions, build healthier patterns, and take meaningful steps toward change.
My style is solution focused, collaborative, warm and honest. I will acknowledge your hurts and struggles, while also gently challenging the patterns that are keeping you stuck, with respect and care.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I believe that God has uniquely called me into this work and I feel honored with the call to help others in the capacity He has allowed and through the gifting He has blessed me with.
This isn’t just a job to me, but it’s part of my mission as a believer. I am so grateful that the Lord has brought me into this field to have the opportunities to come alongside my clients and help them find freedom and break free from old patterns, unhelpful ways of thinking, and live and walk in peace. Growth can be a battle but it’s one always worth fighting for.
