I am a Christian Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to help you become aware of your strengths and weaknesses that perhaps need to change in order to get your own needs met. It is never easy to change a behavior, but it is absolutely possible.
As a Professional Counselor and licensed Registered Nurse, I bring a great deal of knowledge and experience to working with individuals and couples. I will educate and communicate various skills you may need in conflict management and communication that will bring more joy and pleasure to your life. It is a fact, that we avoid pain and seek pleasure. However, that behavior comes with consequences of unhappiness. As adults we learn how to do many things but one thing many of us may never have learned was how to effectively communicate and resolve differences not only with others, but with-in ourselves.
