As a mental health counselor in training, I pride myself in using many theories and techniques to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Some of the theories are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. These theories believe in centering counseling around the person and using various techniques to improve their thought process, in doing so, bettering clients' lives.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I am currently completing a graduate program in Mental health counseling. I am also fluent in English and Haitian Creole; sessions can be conducted in either language. I look forward to our working relationship.

Regine is a Licensed Social Worker in New York State. Most of her 15+ year career includes working with persons and family units in crisis, throughout the boroughs of New York City and Long Island, through clinic-based therapy programs. Regine also specializes in supporting those with evelopmental disabilities.
At Vibrant Women Wellness Counseling, Regine works from a collaborative team approach to help women utilize their strengths to manage the complexities of their lives. Regine will assist and support you to develop and direct your own mental, physical and spiritual goals. Regine works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma.
Teena Walker

Teena Walker is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. She is currently apart of the Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program at NYACK Alliance Graduate School of Counseling. For many years she has been mentoring and counseling individuals, couples, and families within her community. In her community, she was known as the therapist that created a safe, nonjudgmental, trusting environment. Being a licensed therapist was not a part of her plan; however, she later discovered that it is her calling and purpose in life. Ms. Walker has a passion for helping others and being apart of something greater than herself. She looks forward to working with individuals, couples, families, and groups from all ethnic diverse cultures and world religions. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking with them on their journey to explore and unpack their life experiences.
