With over 20 years of experience, I offer motivational interviewing, mindfulness tools, insight oriented talk therapy integrated w/cognitive restructuring, expressive work, cognitive behavioral techniques, communication strategies, coaching, and more with a faith based perspective. Clients can expect a well rounded, compassionate experience in understanding and successfully managing life stressors and struggles.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Our world increasingly is in need of compassion and hope. In my role as a therapist, I know that psychology and clinical psychotherapy can offer an opportunity to take a closer look at how our mental health is negatively impacted by feeling hopeless and without faith. The meaning of suffering, compassion, and peace through a relationship with Christ has brought a sustaining hope to my work with clients which carries them through the hardest times and brings solid healing during the therapeutic process and beyond.
