Psychotherapy and Addiction Treatment. We are an outpatient treatment facility located in Wilmington, North Carolina. We provide evidence-based, person-centered treatment for individuals of all ages, in addition to couples, families, and groups.

We do not see mental illness as a sign of weakness or inferiority. We are advocates of the practice of counseling and psychotherapy as a treatment of mental disorder and addiction because, unlike medication, counseling does not have side effects, is not addictive, and frequently addresses the root of the problem. The long-term effects of counseling are widely known and our goal is to help normalize and universalize counseling by making it necessary, affordable, and reliable throughout Wilmington and nearby cities.
