Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

If you have lost hope that your marriage can be restored then give us a call before you quit.

Most addictions are connected to childhood or past trauma. The addiction is actually in most cases the "solution" to not feeling pain from the past. Alcohol and drugs numb the emotions. Porn, shopping, OCD behaviors distract the mind from the negative thoughts attached to the pain. We focus on resolving the pain that has resulted in the addictive behavior. Once the pain and the negative thoughts are gone the addictive behavior is no longer needed.

Lots of people struggle with worthlessness, not good enough, being a failure, never succeeding. These negative thoughts can be resolved and you can become who you are supposed to be with peace of mind.
