Tanis Vos
BSW, REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER (RSW), PSYCHOTHERAPIST (FOUNDER & CLINIC OWNER)
Tanis is the owner and one of the therapists at Words of Hope Counselling Services. She holds a Social Services Worker Diploma and an Honours Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Lakehead University, graduating with first-class standing. With over 20 years of experience in counselling, she has developed expertise in mental health, parenting, family issues, and marriage success. Tanis has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) with Dr. Sue Johnson, a leading approach in strengthening emotional bonds in relationships.
Tanis is actively involved in her local church and enjoys being outdoors. She has volunteered her time leading support groups for mothers, children experiencing grief, and spiritual small groups. As a motivational speaker, she inspires others to recognize their inherent worth. Tanis is known for her caring, honest, and non-judgmental approach, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and meaningful connection.
Jessy Danyluk
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERPIST (QUALIFYING)
Jessy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and holds a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale Seminary. She works with individuals, couples, children, teens, and young adults, using a multi-dimensional, evidence-based approach that incorporates Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jessy also specializes in couples counselling using the Gottman Method and offers pre-marital and relationship-focused support to help partners build stronger, healthier connections.
Jessy is committed to continual growth as a therapist and has recently expanded her skills through training in Play Therapy and Art Therapy. She is passionate about creating a safe, open space where clients feel heard and supported in their mental health journey.
