I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Hamilton, Ontario. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling from Tyndale Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Reformed Seminary.

I am a non-judgmental client-centred Christian therapist who is here to help and support you no matter what your counselling goals are, and no matter where you are in your journey of discovery, coping, or healing. I approach each client with compassion, empathy, and clinical experience. I have worked with a variety of matters and populations, including but not limited to, adolescents, youth, adults, couples, and families, struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, sexuality, stress management, emotion regulation, family issues, grief and loss, and so much more.
My practice offers individual, couples, family and adolescent therapy either in person or via Zoom. While therapy can be demanding, I offer an authentic compassionate relationship, walking with clients to achieve their goals. No issue is "off the table" - no shame, no judgement, no guilt. I want to help you move towards the life you value and to be healthy and happy!

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
We live in a broken world and I have known this brokenness in my own life. We are commanded to bear one another's burdens and to truly hurt along with those who are hurting. There should never be a time where you are embarrassed or ashamed of the way you are affected by the world's sin and brokenness. The truth is that this Earth is sinful and the severity of that sin will impact us! I believe that I have been called to walk with those who are hurting and bring comfort to others.
